13 Tips On Preparing Yourself For Oral Sex


Ladies, pay close attention...

This post is going to cover the top 13 tips on preparing yourself for RECEIVING oral sex!!!

We all know that oral sex can be super stressful. Do I smell good? Do I taste good? We worry so much about our bodies that we often don't take time to enjoy ourselves. So, I'm providing these tips to help you prepare before you've assumed the position. Follow my advice, get comfy, and enjoy the ride! 

1. Indulge in plenty of fruits! The sweeter, the better!!! sweet smelling fruits are known to make you taste better! 

2. Asparagus is a BIG no no! It contains chemical compounds that make the vagina taste weird.

3. Bathe! But, be cautious with your bathing habits. Our vaginas are made to naturally cleanse themselves. When we use scented or perfumed soaps and body washes, they often remove too much of the natural bacteria that protects your vagina. this can lead to some funky bacterial infections!

4. After showering, let your bits air dry! Getting as much air circulation down there, as possible, is best for avoiding any trapped sweat or hormonal odors. 

5. DON'T DOUCHE! Douching removes your vaginas natural defenses, and leaves you wide open to various vaginal infections and STDs. I'm pretty sure infections and STDs dont smell or taste terribly nice...  

6. Know your body!
When you're ovulating, you have a different smell and taste! 


7. Avoid spicy foods. Any foods that make your mouth smell funky will also make your vagina smell funky... 

8. Eat greek yogurt, often! Make sure it's unsweetened greek yogurt though. Greek yogurt will help to balance the natural bacteria of your lady bits, which is HUGE in avoiding yeast infections! 

9. DON'T smoke!!! Cut out alcohol & caffeine as well --- if possible.
We all know smoking is bad for you, but it is also bad for your vagina! Nicotine, along with caffeine, and alcohol will all make your natural juices taste sour. Ewwww! 

10. Make sure you're not taking medications. Different medicines, especially antibiotics, can upset your PH and leave you smelling funny. But, if staying off the meds is out of the question, make sure you invest in a good probiotic to combat the PH problems. 


11. Avoid Foods that cause gas (Click for a list of foods that cause gas). If you're that paranoid...  load up on Foods that combat gas


12. Drink plenty of water! Drinking 6 - 8 glasses of water every day will help to flush your system of impurities and any things that could give your vagina a strange odor or taste. 

13. Finally: Don't forget your annual well-woman exam! You can look, taste, and smell fine--- but your doctor is the only person who can detect when things are seriously going downhill. A healthy vagina is a happy vagina!!!
